Jad Youssef is a writer, filmmaker, and editor based in Beirut, Lebanon. He is currently working on Scorched Earth Policies, a work-in-progress video and multimedia project about a landscape in distress.
Jad’s first memory of the internet is “the frustration of having no internet at home because we did not have a landline, so waiting to visit friends to experience it.”
His last meal would probably be shawarma, with fries and soda.
The weather he most enjoys is “cold and sunny. But I don’t mean spring.”
