agustine zegers is a monk, perfumer, and hermit based on Powhatan Land (colonially known as Richmond, Virginia). They’re working on a series of scents inspired by the fruiting bodies of fungi, meant to serve as tools of connection to mycelial webs.
agustine’s favorite tools are tiny spoons and graduated pipettes.
Their most prized possession is a tattered Comme des Garçons beige matching set from 1994 that they bought for $20.
