Adriana Gallo is an artist, researcher, and cook based in London and New York. She is currently completing postgraduate study and inventing new ways to transport sourdough starter through airport security (mini shampoo bottles!).

A song that gets stuck in Adriana’s head is Bjork’s “It’s Oh So Quiet.”
Her favorite tools are the hammer and sickle ☭ but maybe the hammer is also a spoon.
Underrated snack: The chunks of parmigiano wrapped up like candy bars you find in Italian rest stops.
